Q. What's your policy on returns?

Q. How soon will I receive my order?

A. How soon you receive your order depends on a few factors. Where is the item you ordered being fulfilled, and where you are shipping your order to. As a whole we will try to get your order to you within 7-10 business days after the payment processor transaction goes through. Payment Processors take anywhere between 48-72 hours to process. In some cases where you may order a product that is hand made, your product may not ship for anywhere between 4 to 8 days, and may take up to 30 days to arrive depending on the location of the fulfillment center where the item you ordered is made. Long answer shortened: We try to get your order to you as soon as possible, hopefully as soon as 7 days, but depending on the product it may take up to 30+ days to arrive.

Q. Why isn't my coupon code working?

A. Check and make sure you weren't trying to use an expired coupon code, or a coupon code that is a one time use only coupon.

Q. How often will there be new products?

A. We will try to keep things fresh in here as often as possible, and we will do our best to notify you via email when we have new products available.
