Experiment in motion · How the Empire Runs Itself

Every night, the empire checks its own pulse — and heals.

No alarm clock. No human. Just a quiet sweep that finds the problems and fixes them before morning.

What you're looking at

This is the autonomous back-office that runs while everyone sleeps. Every night, a sweep goes site by site, pinging every endpoint, confirming the latest content is live, and watching for anything that drifted. It doesn't wait for a person — it just runs.

When something fails, it fixes its own hiccups: re-dispatching jobs, repairing corrupt records, and flagging anything it can't resolve on its own. All 16 repos get checked for uncommitted state. Everything important is archived off-site before the sweep is done.

🔒 Honest, not naked: the flow is real; internal alert plumbing, webhook endpoints, and secret headers are not shown.
